The next meeting of the San Francisco Station of the Cruising Club of America will be a DINNER AND MOVIE MEETING at Spaulding Marine Center, 600 Gate 5 Rd., in Sausalito, on Wednesday evening, November 6. PLEASE REMEMBER NOT TO PARK AT CLIPPER YACHT HARBOR.
The affair will start at 6:00 with dinner being served about 6:30. Beer and soft drinks will available, on the house. And the Cruise Committee's liquor cabinet will be open. (Contributions welcomed!)
Dinner will be a buffet of mixed grill (including grilled vegetables) cooked on the spot, salads, and freshly baked cookies for desert. Some wine will be served on the tables.
The film is about the Griffiths (an SAF/CCA family) who were CCA Blue Water Medal winners in 1972 aboard the Awahnee. I think you will find it riveting
The dinner and movie will cost $35.00, which is a deal! Please plan to attend and come hungry.
