Logo 100thWe're looking forward to our 100th Anniversary in scenic and historic Newport. A full calendar of events culminating in a gala dinner and awards ceremony at Fort Adams is planned. We look forward to greeting you at the many sailing-oriented venues of Newport.

To register, enter the names of the people in your party ($75 for the first, $50 each additional) and then indicate the number of tickets or meals you'll want for the paid and unpaid events below. Be sure to check all the way out!

At the bottom of the form, you can also pre-pay for two books coming out: Adventurous Use of the Sea and a History of the CCA.  Finally, we invite you, should you be so moved, to contribute to defray a share of the unfunded cost of this full and celebratory event.

Whichever options you select, we look forward to greeting you in Newport in September.

Historic CCA Books

100 Years of Adventure

We've commissioned two books in honor of the centennial:

  • “Adventurous Use of the Sea” and is written by Tim Murphy, a well known marine writer and experienced yachtsman living in Jamestown, RI. Members' price: $30.
  • “The History of the CCA”  being written by Sheila McCurdy, Past Commodore, will be published in 2023 and include coverage and photos of the Centennial. It is offered at a members only pre-release price of $30.

CCA members are cordially invited to become sponsors of this set. Your name will be included in the thank you page of the History, and you'll receive an embossed slipcovered set of the two books when printing is done in '23.

Additional Underwriting Option

The event fees charged for this event do not fully cover the overall costs of the celebration.  We invite you to make an additional contribution to help underwrite this once-in-a-lifetime experience.
