CCA-SAF Lunch Meeting- March 1, San Francisco Maritime Historical Park

Our March meeting will be something different: we’ll be at the Research Center of the San Francisco Maritime Historical Park, part of the national park system, located at Fort Mason in San Francisco.  Our speaker will be the head of the Research Center, Gina Bardi, well versed in San Francisco maritime history.  Her remarks will be illustrated with artifacts and photographs.  Gina welcomes your queries in advance.  Send to: Gina.Bardi@nps.gov.

Lunch boxes will feature a Sandwich, drink, pasta salad, chips, and homemade cookies for everyone. The Sandwich offerings will be Curried Chicken Salad, Turkey avocado tomato with provolone, Italian sub with ham, salami, pepperoni with artichokes and dressing. Our meeting space is a 15 minute walk from the Maritime Museum on Aquatic Park, for those who might like to visit the historic ships or explore the museum.  Unlike the Research Center, the Museum is not accepting groups at this time but is open to individuals.
