Featuring Capt. Ann McIntyre. She became the first female to become a state licensed Columbia River Pilot (in 1996). She has held various roles in the Maritime Industry. Capt. McIntyre is dedicated to pilotage, regulatory affairs and promoting diversity in the maritime field. She holds a USCG Unlimited Masters License and MS  in Transportation and Engineering Management. She is a friend to many of our CCA members. She is known for her excellent speaking skills.
