The New York Station will hold its Annual Meeting on Saturday, November 14 at the American Yacht Club. The business meeting will consist of voting for the next Rear Commodore, followed by the tradition of the passing of the flag and RC pin.  As previously announced, the Nominating Committee has put Anne Kolker for RC on the slate. 

Following the business part, Sheila McCurdy will present her new book, High Seas Home Waters. The book is full of sea stories of daring accomplishments by CCA members and is a captivating way to tell the history of the Cruising Club of America.

I am looking forward to seeing you at the Annual Meeting, voting in Anne, and enjoying Sheila’s lighthearted history of the generations who have contributed to the global reputation of the CCA.
