Anderson Reggio is an American professional sailor, navigator, and performance analyst based in Middletown, Rhode Island. He has worked at the top levels of the sport as testing manager for both of NYYC American Magic’s America’s Cup campaigns, and previously as shoreside navigation support for two Volvo Ocean Race teams. Specializing in performance analytics and weather routing, Anderson has sailed with numerous big‑boat programs—from TP52s to maxis and multihulls—with great success. He is the owner of Reggio Sailing Services, providing electronic systems consulting and data analytics to grand prix race teams, and also works with a Mississippi‑based drone startup managing technological partnerships.
Anderson will address the complexities of top tier navigation, how a pro navigator operates on a pro-level boat with a focus on offshore race preparation most specifically the Bermuda Race and the challenges it presents this year.
