The CCA Buzzards Bay Post kicked off a memorable evening on April 29 with a dinner at the New Bedford Yacht Club, drawing a large turnout of members eager for good company, good food, and a good story. After dinner, Commodore Chace Anderson took the floor to share the latest happenings around the club, and Vice Commodore Andrew Kallfelz followed with an exciting preview of the upcoming Bermuda Race.

The highlight of the night was Sheila McCurdy, who treated us to a lively talk about her new book, High Seas and Home Waters: The Centennial History of the CCA. Her stories brought a century of CCA adventures vividly to life and left the room buzzing.
