This guide was first published in 2000 and covers the St. Lawrence River from Quebec City to Sept-Iles and virtually all harbors along the Quebec shore in the Gulf of St. Lawrence -- as far as the Strait of Belle Isle. It features details of harbors on the Magdalen Islands, Prince Edward Island, and along both shores of the Northumberland Strait. Coverage includes over 200 locations (many with chartlets, sketches, or photos) detailed in over 176 pages. The current edition, dated January 2020, is available in bookstores, chandleries, and online. See "Where to Buy" on the right.

The Gulf geography is remarkably varied, but you will find a common thread of a generous welcome everywhere. Not many cruisers know these waters, and this guide reveals many of the Gulf’s “hidden gems.”
